hello! i'm back from chiang mai!
brrrr. its so tiring..

overall it was alright and boring.

%dayONE.we took silkair to chiang mai around 8AM! was damn freaking early la..
then we reached there around 11AM+ den had lunch in some lousy resturant.
eek, the food sucks.
haha. x:
next we went to a temple.. prayed.. and burnt my fingers.. DAMN.
hahahas.. after tht we went down to the village to shop.
well, there wasn't much.. but it was a long day..
and finally we head back to the hotel..
it was a relief as we were dying to go to the hotel..
hehe..
the hotel was nice and cosy : )
i loved it ! hehe.
and a long bath tub to dive into.. wah.. shiok... : p
hahas, after tht we were told to go down for dinner 2 hrs later...
so we went to the near by pasar malam to shop..
then we had a break there..
we ate lots of food and i love the tom yam! super spicy and sour!!
yummmmm..!
after tht around 6PM, we met our tour guide and head up the bus to our dinner distination.
hmmm, the place was rather cool and mysterious.
we also had to take off our shoes..
hmmmm.. their fried chicken was great!
ahahas.. we had this very sweet mandrin juice also..
but guess what, we paid about 420 bahts(SDG20+) for 6 cups!

ahahas..
then the people started dancing.. in all, i think they had about 8 dances.
omg, it was so freaking long..
we managed to get out at the 5th dance..
ahahas, so we waited outside for the whole group..
finally, we headed back to our beloved hotel!
hahas, but we decided to go to the pasar malam to walk..
their stuff were expensive and nt very interesting.
actually there wasn't much i could buy..
chiang mai..... *pffffftt...*
hahahas.. yeah.. and before going back to the hotel, we raided the 7eleven store.
lol.
yeah..
took a super long bath, watched tv, adn slept.

%dayTWO.DAMN! we had to up at 6.30AM in the freaking morning... YAWN...
day 2, *SIGH...* haha, had our super uber breakfast..
hahahas, buffet breakfast!!! UBER!!!
hahas. had tonnes of omelettes. sausages, freach toast, etc etc.
hahahas.
oh ya, and gauva juice.
hahahs.
so, we went up the bus and first stop was the orchid park.
ahahas, so much like spore, pretty orchids yeah..
hahahas..
my cousin bought tonnes of pendants to give away for v.day.
ahaha, i bought 1, but i forgot to take it from her.
oh well, i didnt pay for it yet, so it's ok.
hahahas..
after all the orchids, we went to the elephant camp ^^
SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!
hahahahas.. they are damn intelligent!
they know how to play soccer, paint and do doggy tricks.
LMAO.
and well, they love bunches of bananas, nt just 1.

after tht, we went for lunch..
and still it sucked.

after tht was damn boring..
they brought us to different factories like, the paperwork, leather, silk, bird's nest and honey factories.
yup.
oh i missed the diamond factory.
LOL..
ya... finally we went back to have dinner somewhere near the hotel.
dinner buffet!!!!! sucked.
hahahas.
then we went to shop at the night markaet again...
and back to the hotel to catch a nice longgggg rest.

5.30AM MORNING CALL.

so tired lor...

we are gng to chang rai today...
YAWNS...
drag oursleves out of the bed..
buffet breakfast again!! hahahas..
then off we go to chiang rai.
freak man, it was a super uber longggggggggggggg trip..
about 3hrs trip.
i almost screamed on the bus cos it was toooo cold.
hahahas.
after 1hr of the trip, we arrived at this hotspring..
we look look see... then we went to boiled eggs there.
LOL..
my cousin said the egg was much nicer..

then head back to the bus for another 2 hrs journey..
super long lor....
the we had lunch first.. then we went down to the habour to take a boat to LAOS.
ahahas..
quite a lot of things to see..
but nth interest me still....
i feel damn BAD la.. i didnt buy anything back for my friends.
sigh.. cos really nth to buy lor..
my bro also didnt buy much..
he at least bought to shawls for his friends..
hahahas.. so we took the boat back to chiang rai and to this temple again..
after all tht praying..... went up the bus to visit the long neck women.
eeek.

they look damn scary sia...
hahahas..
those coil of wire on their neck is about 4 kg heavy!!

man, they loooked weird!

after looking at how weird this ppl are, we went for another hour journey for dinner.
food still sucks.

hahas. and a super duper 2 hr long journey back to the hotel..

FnE day!!
but.............. HAIX.... we are going to visit the monks.. : /
ahahahs..
woke up about 7AM.
we had breakfast and went shopping around the market...
we went there by their "tuk tulk"(street taxi)..
was damn hilarious..
max is 3 in a taxi, we had 6 people squeezing in!!
hahas, the ppl on the street was laughing madly!!
hahas..
yup..
shopped around.... FOOD... AND MORE FOOD...
wahahahahas... then we went back to the hotel..
wahah we went to the jacuzzi.. it was damn SHIOK man...
lols..
abt 1 hr latr we went to prepare and got onto some small pick-up truck...
bumpy bumpy ride..
bam!
hahas..
keep stopping over..
then when to see the first monk..
he gave me a pendant..
yeah.. and back to the truck to the next destination..
next place was an ulu place with a golden/yellow building structure..
we prayed there and went into the forest..
they were bulding a home for the monk..
then next we went round and round the ulu dirt track..
lol..
finally we stopped over for dinner.
FINALLY.. and finally something decent to eat.
LOL.

we went to the near by minimart for some tidbits..
my bro and i bought bubble gum back..
haha..
banana flavoured pocky, tom yam stick biscuits and thai salad flavoured sticks.
hehe..
then we went to our next temple.. we sat at the back of the pick-up.
OMG!!! IT WAS FREAKING COLD!!!!

somemore it was night time..
the trip was about an hour+
hell man... 1 jacket is nt enough to cover lor..
it was so cold lor..
but looking up at the night stars, we could see like hundreds of stars..
they were so beautiful!!!!
awesome! i can never see such a sight in spore.
maybe 1 or 2 twinkling stars?
lol.. :p
then we reached the forest, visited the monk there..
so cold so cold!!!
hahas..
i was like hugging my cousin man.. hahas..
hahas.. then when we went back we all squeezed infront.. but was too squeezy, so my bro and cousin sat at the back..
hahas, my uncle's friend borrowed some blanket from his mom who is living in the forest..

so we sat through an hour plus journey.. sleeping on the bumpy ride back..
my butt was numb, my leg was numb and im aching all over.....
after tht we walked for the last, had our dinner and bombed back the bed..

this are some cute avatars/display pictures i made last night. yup. come to think of it, i lost my entry for the third time already!! frustrating la!!! last night i typed a whole chunk before i went to bed.. half way through, felicia asked me to decorate her friendster profile.. it got screwed up somehow, i dont know how or what happened to it.. just went i was about to shut down the computer then i realised, where the hell my entry went to!!? PISSED. sigh... alright alright.. i'll type it AGAIN. anyway, ytd was a rather short day.. went to meet up with xueli at compass point.. we chatted and gossiped as usual. haha, then we went shopping and i bought 2 shorts la.. some casual wear. i really need to stock up my wardrobe. heh. then sarah came to find us.. went back to chat till jetaime and jerryl came.. then the smoking begins.. they keep smoking.. and smoking.. and SMOKING... omg. then that xueli promised to quit smoking huh, still keep smoking and smoking.. you liar. :z haha.. well, practically i was DYING there.. i dont SMOKE. i'm taking all of their sencond-hand smoke. tsk tsk... so in conclusion, if i go out with them too often, i would suffocate and DIE. forget it..... walked arnd and went HOME.. had a sumptous dinner. yummy... then my elder brother came back.. i think he has forgotten WHAT IS HOME. he treats our home like some hostel, and all he does when he comes back is change some new clothes, bathe and take money.. he even borrowed some from me can.. ever since he hooked up with his FRIENDS, HE NEVER NEVER SLEEPS AT HOME..... he'd better return my money la..
